入夏以来，新区主次干道沿线及公共空间群众户外休闲活动显著增多，随之而来的占道摆摊、违规停车、噪音扰民、破坏卫生环境等问题日益突出。为有效消除道路安全隐患，维护文明城市形象，市中心城区交通综合治理协调机制工作专班联合多部门开展乱象联合整治行动。
