国际足联27日宣布，中国裁判马宁将在美加墨世界杯32强赛德国队与巴拉圭队的比赛中担任第四官员，周飞将担任该场比赛候补助理裁判。这将是中国裁判员首次参与世界杯淘汰赛执裁工作。
