6月27日，对于博世集团换帅一事，博世中国表示，此次集团董事会人事调整不会对博世中国各项业务运营产生任何影响。中国始终是博世全球最重要的战略市场之一，也是集团重要的创新基地。
6月26日，博世集团宣布了一项重磅人事变动：应其本人要求并与股东密切协商一致，董事会主席史蒂凡·哈通（Stefan Hartung）将于6月30日卸任，董事会副主席克里斯蒂安·菲舍尔（Christian Fischer）于7月1日接棒。
