据新华社6月27日消息，27日，山东省济宁曲阜市尼山镇人民政府发布情况通报称，27日11时47分，曲阜市尼山镇南辛南村仁和大街牌坊顶部构件发生意外脱落，7人受伤送医救治，其中1人经抢救无效死亡。事发后，相关部门已第一时间赶赴现场进行处置。目前，善后工作正在开展，具体原因正在调查中。
据多家媒体报道，有现场目击者称，事发时间是6月27日中午前后，当天恰逢当地赶集，该牌坊疑因年久失修突然倒塌。
