证券日报网讯 6月26日，香农芯创发布公告称，截至本公告日，以本次本金最高担保额人民币20，000万元计算，公司累计为子公司担保合同金额为人民币143.72亿元，占公司2025年度经审计净资产的比例为402.03%。其中，公司累计为新联芯提供担保合同金额为人民币18.50亿元。公司及子公司无对合并报表范围外的对外担保事项，也不存在逾期担保。
