2026年6月26日，天奈科技(688116.SH)公告称，公司近日收到中信证券出具的变更持续督导保荐代表人函件。
中信证券原委派王家骥先生、彭淳懿先生负责持续督导工作。因王家骥工作安排调整，不再担任公司持续督导保荐代表人，中信证券现委派刘永泽先生接替。变更后，公司持续督导保荐代表人为刘永泽先生和彭淳懿先生。
