智通财经获悉，香港差饷物业估价暑数据显示，5月香港私人住宅楼价指数报321.9点，按月升1.4%，连升12个月；同比则升12.4%，创逾两年高位。今年首5个月楼价累升7.44%。
另外，5月份租金指数为204.1点，按月升0.34%，同比升5.1%，再创历史新高。首5个月租金指数升1.8%。
