在谈及黎以局势时，内塔尼亚胡强调，以军目前控制着黎巴嫩南部地区，并将继续驻留在所谓的“安全区”内。他明确表示，以军不会撤军，“只要有保护以色列北部地区及全国民众的安全需要，以色列军队就将继续留在那里。”
