6月25日，上海机电（600835）发布公告，何伟因工作原因辞去公司副总经理职务，原定任期到期日为2027年4月18日。何伟仍将继续在公司及其控股子公司担任董事职务，且不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。
2026年一季度，上海机电实现收入42.59亿元，归母净利润1.78亿元。
