6月25日是第十六个“世界海员日”。海南省海上搜救中心联合卫健、消防救援等多部门，在洋浦港举办2026海南洋浦西部陆海新通道国际航运枢纽海上搜救暨华南六省（区）海上紧急医学救援综合演习。
这是海南西部地区迄今为止规模最大、科目最全、协同最广的海上综合演习，创下多项历史纪录。
