两百多年前，曹雪芹写下《南鹞北鸢考工志》，传授风筝制作手艺，接济底层百姓。时至今日，曹雪芹风筝已经列入国家级非遗文化，其第四代传承人缪伯刚不仅让让风筝成了家乡缪家村的新名片，更不断致力于让非遗风筝“飞入寻常百姓家”。
