6月24日，高通发表声明称，已达成协议收购AI初创公司Modular，该交易预计将于2026年下半年完成。
据报道，作为交易的一部分，高通预计将向Modular的股东发行最多1920万股本公司普通股。以高通上次收盘股价为基准计算，该交易价值约为39.2亿美元。
