6月24日，中芯国际（688981.SH）公告，向国家集成电路基金等5名中芯北方股东发行5.47亿股购买其所持有的中芯北方49%股权，发行价格为74.2元/股。新增股份已于2026年6月23日在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司办理完成登记手续，本次交易涉及标的资产的过户手续已于2026年6月12日办理完毕，中芯北方49%股权已变更登记至中芯国际名下。
