红板科技(603459)6月24日公告，公司全资子公司赣州红板科技有限公司拟投资不超过9亿元，建设高阶HDI精密电路板生产线设备升级智能化改造项目，资金来源为自有及自筹资金。项目主要生产COB直显HDI电路板等高端产品，建设期12个月，预计将提升公司在高端PCB领域的竞争力。
