北京商报讯（记者 董亮 王悦彤）6月23日晚间，爱尔眼科（300015）披露公告称，公司近日接到公司实际控制人陈邦函告，获悉陈邦将其所持有的1400万股公司股份办理了补充质押，占其所持股份的0.97%，占公司总股本的0.15%。
公告显示，截至公告披露日，陈邦累计质押股份数量为2.61亿股，占其所持股份的18.08%，占公司总股本的2.8%。
