6月23日，三星电子宣布，已开发出通用闪存存储（UFS）5.0产品。其基于第九代V-NAND（V9）闪存技术开发而成，特点是针对端侧AI进行了优化。其数据传输带宽为10.8 GB/s，顺序读取速度为10.8 GB/s，顺序写入速度为9.5 GB/s。与上一代UFS 4.1相比，UFS 5.0的传输带宽提升了一倍，能够快速处理海量数据。
