【退市岩石：公司股票将于6月29日终止上市暨摘牌】财联社6月22日电，退市岩石(600696.SH)公告称，公司股票因2025年度净利润为负且营收低于3亿元，触及终止上市条件。退市整理期已于6月22日结束，上海证券交易所将于6月29日对公司股票予以摘牌。终止上市后，公司股票将转入全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌转让，主办券商为山西证券。
