6月21日，思泉新材公告称，公司副总裁、董事会秘书郭智超于2026年6月19日因意外交通事故不幸去世。
思泉新材称，截至本公告披露日，郭智超不持有公司股票。思泉新材及董事会对郭智超女士为公司所做的努力和贡献深表感谢，对郭智超的去世致以沉痛哀悼，并向其家人致以深切慰问。
据思泉新材2025年年报，郭智超，1986年10月出生，中国国籍，无境外永久居留权，大专学历。2005年10月至2013年8月任广东东阳光科技控股股份有限公司职员；2015年5月至2016年3月任深圳博美德机器人股份有限公司董事会秘书、董事长助理；2016年3月至2017年5月任深圳市鼎泰智能装备股份有限公司证券事务代表；2018年2月至2018年12月任思泉新材总经理助理；2018年12月至今任公司董事会秘书，2020年8月至今，任公司副总裁。
