6月18日，中基协发布公告表示，浙江浙商汇悦私募基金管理有限公司（以下简称“浙商汇悦私募”）存在未办理私募基金备案手续、挪用私募基金财产的违规行为。
中基协表示，上述情形违反相关规定，决定对浙商汇悦私募作出暂停受理产品备案12个月的纪律处分。
