6月18日，ST美晨（300237）发布公告，公司召开第六届董事会第十九次会议审议通过了关于聘任公司高级管理人员、董事会秘书及证券事务代表的议案，同意聘任张婷婷、郝新刚担任公司副总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会任期届满。此外，聘任张云霞为公司董事会秘书，王业江为证券事务代表。
2026年一季度，ST美晨实现收入4.81亿元，归母净利润-1000万元。
