安通控股（600179）发布公告，持股5%以上的股东中外运集装箱运输有限公司于2026年6月4日至2026年6月18日通过集中竞价方式累计增持4232万股，增持股份比例约占公司总股本的1.00%。此次增持后，中外运集运及其一致行动人持股比例从23.00%增加至24.00%。
2026年一季度，安通控股实现收入21.20亿元，归母净利润2.54亿元。
