人民财讯6月18日电，集智股份(300553)6月18日公告，2025年12月，公司签署意向协议，拟支付现金收购浙江谱麦科技有限公司不低于51%股权。交易双方最终未能就关键条款达成一致意见。基于当前实际情况，经审慎研究，公司决定终止收购意向协议。
