6月17日，中关村科技租赁（01601）发布公告，公司将购买百川畅银（300614）罐式集装箱及相关资产，购买价款约为1895万元。
同时，公司作为出租人向承租人郑州市百川移储智慧能源科技有限公司出租上述资产，租赁期为36个月，总租赁款项约为1967万元，包括融资租赁本金约1799万元及融资租赁利息收入约168万元。
由于供应商及承租人由同一最终实益拥有人共同控制，故本次交易构成关联交易。
