人民财讯6月17日电，*ST华闻(000793)6月17日公告，根据海口中院裁定批准的公司重整计划，公司将按照每10股转增12股的比例实施资本公积转增股本，转增后总股本将增至43.94亿股。为实施此次资本公积金转增股本事项，公司股票将于此次资本公积金转增股本事项的股权登记日当天（6月18 日）停牌一个交易日，预计于6月22日开市起复牌。
