据中国有色金属工业协会镁业分会不完全统计，2026年5月份中国原镁产量约为11.02万吨，环比增长14.2%，同比增长43.5%。
2026年1—5月中国共产原镁约为50.14万吨，同比增长25.79%。其中，陕西地区累计生产约35.56万吨，同比增长44.91%；山西地区累计生产约6.93万吨，同比下降17.5%；内蒙地区累计生产约1.72万吨，同比增长5.52%；新疆地区累计生产约2.33万吨，同比增长33.91%；其他地区累计生产约3.6万吨。
