人民财讯6月17日电，近日，中国人民银行、国家发展改革委、金融监管总局、中国证监会、国家外汇局和上海市人民政府联合印发《上海国际金融中心发展离岸金融行动方案》。方案提出，支持符合条件的商业银行开展上海自贸试验区离岸人民币外汇交易业务。支持外汇交易中心提升离岸外汇交易服务能力，推动人民币对非美货币直接交易发展。依托外汇交易中心平台，汇聚全球外币对、外币货币等外币市场流动性，增强国际资本配置功能。建立健全配套政策和人才服务机制，保障支持外汇交易中心离岸外汇业务发展。
