6月17日上午，2026陆家嘴论坛在上海开幕。证监会主席吴清在论坛上表示，新国九条和一系列政策全面落地，中国资本市场稳中向好，确定性明显增强。
吴清表示，新国九条发布这两年来，社保基金等中长期资金持有A股流通市值增加85%，净买入A股1.3万亿元。
