格隆汇6月16日丨行云科技(300209.SZ)公布，全资子公司深圳市行云控股有限责任公司（简称“深圳行云”或“乙方”）与VB客户（简称“甲方”）签署了《算力服务协议》，深圳行云向VB客户提供算力服务，协议服务期限为5年，含税总金额为10.14亿元。深圳行云成立于2025年10月17日，注册资本金1,000万元，公司持股100%，为公司合并报表范围内的全资子公司。
