信测标准6月16日公告，公司独立董事李良忍因犯危险驾驶罪，被依法判处拘役一个月，缓刑二个月（缓刑考验期自2026年6月9日起至2026年8月9日止），并处罚金二千元。截至目前，公司日常经营运作一切正常。李良忍就此事带来的不良影响，向广大投资者致歉。
