格隆汇6月15日丨宝莫股份(002476.SZ)公布，董事会第二十次会议，审议通过《关于变更公司证券简称的议案》，同意公司证券简称由“宝莫股份”变更为“新叶股份”，英文简称由“SHANDONG POLYMER”变更为“ShandongNewleaf”，证券代码“002476”保持不变。公司本次证券简称变更事项已经深圳证券交易所审核同意，公司证券代码“002476”保持不变，新证券简称的启用日期为2026年6月16日。
