6月15日，广厦环能（920703）发布公告，拟以自有资金2000万元对无锡科洛超低温技术有限公司进行增资，增资完成后将持有其10.00%的股权。
无锡科洛截至2025年12月31日的财务数据显示，资产总额为682万元，净资产为505万元，2025年净利润为-1370万元。此次投资预计将有助于公司进入液氢等低温设备研发、制造、储运领域，提升公司的核心竞争力。
2026年一季度，广厦环能实现收入6291万元，归母净利润217万元。
