人民财讯6月12日电，万科A(000002)6月12日公告，经协商，公司第一大股东深圳市地铁集团有限公司（简称“深铁集团”）向公司提供不超过11.4亿元借款，用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券本息以及经出借人同意的指定借款利息。借款期限最长不超过3年。
