6月12日，天玛智控（688570）发布公告，募投项目“数字液压阀及系统研发与产业化项目”的达到预定可使用状态的日期延长至2027年12月31日，原计划日期为2026年6月30日。此次延期主要是由于元部件市场竞争力有待巩固，现阶段订单尚未满足规模化生产条件，过早建设批量化产能存在闲置风险。
2026年一季度，天玛智控实现收入2.78亿元，归母净利润1232万元。
