6月12日，城地香江（603887）发布公告，公司副总裁许奇因个人工作变动辞去职务，辞任后不再担任公司及其控股子公司的任何职务。公司董事会已一致同意聘任陈亮为新副总裁，任命自董事会审议通过之日起生效。
2026年一季度，城地香江实现收入4.90亿元，归母净利润-1341万元。
