6月12日，哈空调（600202）发布公告，公司拟在江苏省仪征市设立分公司，目的是为了优化国内生产布局，提升直接空冷产品交付能力及市场响应效率。新设立的分公司将从事空气冷却冷凝设备、高中低压换热器等相关设备的生产和销售。
2026年一季度，哈空调实现收入1.62亿元，归母净利润-3054万元。
