6月11日，据报道，韩国检方对三星电子总部进行了搜查，原因是其子公司Rainbow Robotics在被这家芯片制造商收购时，涉嫌利用内幕信息获取不正当利益。
报道称，金融监管部门已将包括Rainbow Robotics负责人和首席财务官在内的16人移交检察机关。据悉，这些人涉嫌在2022年至2024年三星收购该公司股份期间，利用内幕信息获取约30亿至40亿韩元的不正当利益。
