6月10日，建设银行（601939/00939）发布公告，本行近日在全国银行间债券市场发行了2026年二级资本债券（第一期）（债券通），并于2026年6月9日完成发行。
本期债券发行规模为600亿元，为10年期固定利率债券，在第5年末附有条件的发行人赎回权，票面利率为1.89%。本期债券募集的资金将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，补充本行的二级资本。
