柳钢股份6月10日公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金方式向广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司购买其持有的广西钢铁集团有限公司13%股权，交易作价36.64亿元。其中，现金对价10亿元，股份对价26.64亿元，发行价格为4.35元/股（除息后调整为4.25元/股）。本次交易后广西钢铁将成为公司绝对控股子公司。
