格隆汇6月10日丨结好控股(00064.HK)公告，预期截至2026年3月31日止年度的溢利将较截至2025年3月31日止年度溢利约7600万港元减少约30%。有关减少主要是由于(i)根据最新物业估值结果，集团投资物业公允值减少及(ii)出售╱赎回金融资产的已变现亏损增加。
