近日，上海沪宜公路与霍城公路交叉口 ，一老人在路口骑自行车逆行，因操作不当摔倒碰到边上正常行驶的电瓶车，老人一口咬定是电瓶车的责任，警方经过调取事发现场视频后发现，系老人因自身原因导致事故的发生，判定其全责。
