6月10日，*ST中岩（002542）发布公告，宋伟民、刘忠池因达到法定退休年龄申请辞去董事职务，辞职后，宋伟民继续在公司下属公司任职，刘忠池不在公司继续任职。

2026年一季度，*ST中岩实现收入6389万元，归母净利润-4218万元。
