6月10日消息，新城建管正式签约开封美罗城（美卓商业广场），以“轻资产代建+全周期运营”盘活该项目。
项目坐落于夷山大街与汉兴路交叉口东北角，距市政府约700米。规划总建面约10万平方米，涵盖商业、写字楼等多元业态。
据悉，上述项目自2015年12月开工后，因多重因素长期停工。
