近日，上海市民反映，在丰巢快递柜取快递时要先看广告，每次取快递都要小心翼翼，稍不留意就会跳转购物软件。
据了解，丰巢、云柜等快递柜都存在扫码前后跳转广告的问题。
记者以用户身份致电丰巢官方客服，工作人员称，暂时没有设置可以一键关闭所有广告，针对开屏广告跳转其他页面情况，会反馈给公司有关部门。
