据中国贸易救济信息网，2026年6月4日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，应欧盟企业BASF于2026年4月20日提出的申请，对原产于中国的脂肪族-芳香族共聚酯（Aliphatic-aromatic Copolyesters）发起反倾销调查，具体产品包括聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯（PBAT）和聚癸二酸丁二醇酯—对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（PBSeT）产品。涉案产品的欧盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为3907 99 80（TARIC编码为3907 99 80 50）。本案倾销调查期为2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日，损害调查期为2022年1月1日至倾销调查期结束。
