格隆汇6月8日丨中国建筑国际(03311.HK)发布公告，有关由China State Construction Finance (Cayman) I Limited(“发行人”)发行并由公司提供无条件及不可撤回担保的 5亿美元的次级担保永续资本证券(“证券”)。发行人已于2026年6月8日赎回所有未偿还的证券。截至本公告日期，概无未偿还已发行的证券。发行人已据此向联交所申请撤销证券的上市地位。该上市地位的撤销预计将于2026年6月16日营业结束时生效。
