6月7日，中原（工商铺）董事总经理潘志明表示，5月份香港工商铺市场录得约402宗买卖成交，环比及同比分别上升约12.9%及39.1%，创自2023年3月后新高。买卖成交金额录得约38.09亿港元，较上月轻微回落约10.6%，同比则增加约32.8%。
