6月7日，新宙邦（300037.SZ）公告称，公司与宁德时代签订《电解液合作协议》，约定2026年至2028年期间，宁德时代预计向公司采购电解液量分别为5万吨、10万吨和15万吨，合计30万吨。协议有效期至2028年12月31日，具体采购以实际订单为准。若违约，需赔偿2500万元。该协议预计对公司2026-2028年经营成果产生积极影响。
