“活力察右后旗”消息，6月6日，旗委书记温斌深入察右后旗第一中学考点，实地检查调研高考各项准备工作。
上述消息显示，温斌已任察哈尔右翼后旗委书记。
温斌出生于1985年，曾任丰镇市委常委、组织部部长，乌兰察布市委副秘书长，乌兰察布市委副秘书长、办公室主任。
2025年3月，温斌任集宁区委副书记（正处级）、政法委书记，至本次履新。
此前，崔勇于2021年6月任察哈尔右翼后旗委书记。2026年4月，崔勇任上被查。
