6月6日，ZARA上海旗舰店在IAPM环贸对面的独栋商铺开业。下半年，其姐妹品牌Massimo Dutti也将在香港广场原Tiffany&Co.临街铺位开出新店。不远处，Lady淮海商场的年轻化调整仍在推进，DKNY重回上海并在这里开设旗舰店。TX淮海沿街铺位也有变化，Vans撤出后，由买手店ENG接盘。 淮海中路和茂名南路交叉口的内衣品牌古今旗舰店缩位后，观夏在此开设新店。
