任命：
薛庆为四川省人民政府副秘书长；
马小合为四川省民族宗教事务委员会副主任；
李南希为四川省住房和城乡建设厅副厅长；
岳雷为四川省应急管理厅副厅长（兼）。
免去：
谭小平的四川省应急管理厅副厅长职务。
